Golden Compass Your Gateway to Global Growth
Why choose to go global? The answer lies right here.
Today, more than 6 million Chinese enterprises have ventured into the global market. In the coming decade, emerging markets such as Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa will unlock growth opportunities worth over one trillion U.S. dollars. These regions not only boast a large number of young consumers (in the Middle East, the population under 30 accounts for over 50%), but also form a natural complementarity with China's industrial chain (for example, the average annual GDP growth rate of many African countries exceeds 6%). After more than 40 years of development and accumulation, Chinese enterprises have already established unique advantages in terms of technology, capital, and talent. It can be said that going global is no longer an optional choice, but an essential question for enterprises seeking long-term development.
Going global is not just about "copy and paste": These issues might have escaped your attention.
Unlike the era in the past when venturing overseas relied solely on courage, going global today requires more professional judgment.
· 60% of enterprises have encountered setbacks due to misinterpreting policies, insufficient localization, or making blind decisions.
· Enterprises have suffered losses in investment and interests as a result of neglecting compliance.
· Copying domestic models outright has led to "failure to adapt" overseas.
Many enterprises embark on their journey with enthusiasm, but due to the lack of systematic research or reliance on fragmented information, they eventually miss the opportunities.
Don't let inspections become a mere "formality"
Every year, more than 100,000 enterprises go overseas for inspections. However, research shows that:
· 80% of the inspections still remain in the mode of "visiting factories + having dinners with Chinese people".
· There are quite a few enterprises that still can't clearly state who their competitors are even after three inspections in Southeast Asia.
An enterprise leader said, "We spent hundreds of thousands of yuan on the inspection fees, but all we brought back were group photos."

Founder's Message
qingchunzhang Leonard Zhang
Hello, everyone. I'm Qingchun Zhang, an entrepreneur who has transitioned from being a strategic officer at IBM, Huawei, and Alibaba. Currently, I'm fully dedicated to one thing: leveraging our years of practical experience to help Chinese enterprises take root in overseas markets.
⚡Why choose me/my team?
When I joined a large corporation from a consulting firm many years ago, someone asked, "What's the difference between formulating strategies within an enterprise and doing so in a consulting firm?" My answer was that strategies in a consulting firm end up on PowerPoint presentations, while strategies within an enterprise are translated into actions.
 Practical experience in large enterprises:
Over the past 18 years, I have overseen multiple national-level and phenomenon-level practical projects. At IBM, I was responsible for the marketing implementation of "Smarter Planet" in China. In the Strategy Department of Huawei, I was in charge of the implementation of national ICT projects in South Africa, Indonesia, and Malaysia. At the Alibaba Research Institute, I served as the director of the New Business School, and was responsible for projects and teams related to new retail research, strategic research offices, etc. Essentially, all these experiences revolved around practical operations: how to implement strategies and make them bear fruits.
External brain for top 100 enterprises:
During my time in the consulting firm, I served over 100 Chinese and foreign renowned enterprises such as Microsoft, Intel, China Mobile, Schneider, and Tongrentang. The deepest insight I gained was that there is a solution to every problem. The projects I was in charge of indirectly promoted Microsoft's transition from the anti-piracy campaign to the OEM strategy and contributed to the signing of a $1 billion agreement between President Hu Jintao and Bill Gates during President Hu's visit to the United States in 2006.
Expert in breaking through the situation for overseas expansion:
When I was doing consulting work 20 years ago, many of the projects were aimed at helping foreign-funded enterprises enter the Chinese market. Now, our consulting services focus on assisting Chinese enterprises in better establishing themselves in overseas markets. Especially in regions such as Africa and Central Asia – in these non-standard markets, our localized research, consulting services, and resource connection capabilities serve as the best vanguard for our clients.
