Company Registration Procedure

1. Name reservation – checking name availability through "e-licensing" portal or Public Service Center.
2. Obtaining IIN – mandatory for foreign participants.
3. Signing lease agreement for legal address.
4. Notarization of translated documents (passport, power of attorney, etc.).
5. State registration – submission through Public Service Center.
6. Opening of bank accounts.
7. Tax and statistical registration.
8. Additional support upon request.

Important Notes

- A legal address must be confirmed in advance (lease or ownership)

- Foreign director must have IIN and notarized passport translation
- The charter must comply with Kazakhstani legislation
- While not a legal requirement, having a business plan is strongly recommended, as some banks in Kazakhstan may request it as an additional document when reviewing applications for opening a corporate bank account.
